Trepanning is a valuable service to consider when you need to drill a large diameter hole into solid bar while producing a core that is useable. This process leaves you with less waste, so it can be beneficial when you are working with expensive materials. The useable core will be approximately 1 ½” smaller than the trepan size. Commercial Fluid Power has multiple trepanning machines, which can handle materials up to:

20’ maximum length
2”-16” inside diameter (ID)
32” outside diameter (OD)
